A dedicated special educational needs (SEN) school in Bath, is seeking a full-time SEN School Teacher to join their committed team. - Provide 1:1 support to students requiring additional assistance, supporting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Collaborate with the school’s multidisciplinary team, including SENCOs, therapists, and support staff, to plan and review student progress.
- Use effective behaviour management techniques consistent with the school’s values of respect, understanding, and patience.
- Contribute to the creation of an inclusive curriculum that encourages independence, resilience, and confidence among students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, providing regular feedback to colleagues and parents/carers.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to continually enhance SEN teaching practices and uphold the school’s ethos of personalised learning and holistic support.
