Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored interventions to support individual learning needs.

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and uphold high standards of teaching and behaviour.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments, pedagogical strategies, and safeguarding policies.
- Promote a safe, inclusive environment that encourages respect, resilience, and personal growth among all learners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
- Degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a related discipline.
- Experience teaching Religious Education at secondary level (KS3–KS4 required; KS5 desirable).
- Proven ability to deliver inclusive lessons to students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
