We are very happy to announce that we have joined the Hounslow Education Partnership as an accredited supplier.

Active since September 2018, the Hounslow Education Partnership is an independent school-led organisation with 74 member schools in the Hounslow area. The group aims to improve Hounslow schools through long-term training and development, and utilises its members’ knowledge and expertise to ensure that no school gets left behind.

Councillor Tom Bruce (Cabinet member of Education, Children’s Services and Youth Services for Hounslow Council) said: “By working in partnership, HEP has a clear vision of a collective responsibility and ambition for the educational opportunity of all children and young people in Hounslow.”

94% of pupils in Hounslow currently attend a school rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED, and the HEP aims to push this further, so that every pupil in the borough has access to an outstanding education. The partnership’s collaborative approach and focus on collective responsibility ensures that each school has access to support, training and resources.

Zen Educate is an online alternative to teaching agencies and we will continue to fight for greater transparency in education recruitment. It is hugely exciting that our new position as a preferred supplier for the HEP will ensure that more schools benefit from our ethos and our work.
