Key Responsibilities:

- Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities, ensuring all students have access to the curriculum and are supported in their learning process.
- Support students with classroom routines, transitions, and daily activities to promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student behavior and well-being, implementing strategies to promote engagement and appropriate conduct.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and any incidents, reporting to relevant staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other staff to develop and adapt instructional strategies that meet individual student needs.
- Uphold the school's ethos of respect, inclusivity, and student empowerment by fostering a caring and supportive environment.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your understanding of special education practices and district policies.
