- Working with small class sizes in a Nurture room
- Supporting a mix age range of students from KS2 to KS3 with ASD & Complex Needs, ADHD & SEMH
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of each student
- Collaborating with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
