We have a position available in a mixed age Y3/4 class with high SEN needs and challenging behaviour. This position would suit an experienced teacher with knowledge of effective strategies to support children with a range of SEN, excellent behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach. Patience, resilience, and a commitment to building positive relationships is key. The pre-written curriculum provides a framework, but the teacher will need to be creative and resourceful in adapting it to engage and support all learners.
