About the Role:
- Provide high-quality teaching and learning support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a KS1 class within our ASD pathway
- Work collaboratively with a team of TAs and lunch time support assistants to create a positive learning environment
- Implement individualized education plans and behavior management strategies to support the needs of each child
