We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Specialist to provide 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil in a mainstream setting. The pupil is on the ASD pathway and has an EHCP in place. She is working at a lower developmental level and may experience emotional outbursts when distressed. The successful candidate will be patient, understanding, and able to provide consistent, calm support while acting as a positive role model.
